Did you know that the key to success lies in the real relationships that build your personal network? These are the people who help without hesitation and add real value to their lives. I do not understand that when I started in network marketing, I was just told to go out and recruit, just make your own people that can make money. So that’s what I did.
The average person in network marketing recruits about 2.6 people, so I made my first day. As I started recruiting people and my warranty was beginning to grow and the checks started arriving, I thought I had done, and then finally something happened that did not expect or know. Attrition began to put into my business. For those of you who do not know what burnout is, well, let’s say, forever hired two, four quit. I started very annoying at first, I thought, “How dare you stop smoking, do not know that this case will change their lives” Then I started getting scared because if they were to leave all my money out.
It took me long to realize that the reason why some of them left because they took the time to build a relationship with them. Do not want the type that just sit drinking tea and just about anything. I mean when I took the time to see why they decided to join my MLM, what are their objectives, which, as they have been for that. Never took the time to offer real value, to see how it could do to help them achieve their goals.
I started surfing around on the internet and found that people had large personal networks, which has created huge downstream, which created financial success, so I decided to see what they were doing and how he could do what they do and have been offering this type of value. I needed to know how I can use my time effectively to reach more people and learn more about them to help them achieve their goals.
I quickly realized the value it offers to start creating relationships. I learned that instead of hiring and at the same time giving them my business if I started to give people what they want, I am writing what I want. I started to give the value of people, began to show people how to sell online, how to create a blog, how to write an article, how to use social media, etc and I have used a simple system.
The system showed me that I can teach, train and build relationships to attract people to me I want to work and want to work with me and then get help and that my network of people began to grow. My support has begun to grow again, I meet new and interesting people all because I learned that the most important key to my success is building relationships. When people learn to trust you because they do not try to push their businesses throat, then they will respect you and when you have something to say they will listen and follow.
Once I started using this principle and teach others the same, my business and personal network has soared. Knowing that a simple beginning and see to do the same for you.
